Sign up right through Mindbody, and receive a link to join your class session approximately 10 minutes prior to the start of class. Due to the nature of online classes, please register at least 20 minutes prior to class to prevent any delays in receiving your class link via email, in addition; please ensure that the email on file in your Mindbody account is accurate, as this is where the join link will be sent!
